Trek Overview

This 19-day Everest trek offers an incredible blend of high-altitude adventure, stunning Himalayan landscapes, and cultural immersion, culminating in a visit to Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes. The journey begins in Kathmandu, where you’ll be transferred to your hotel for the night. The following day, you’ll fly to Lukla and begin trekking to Phakding, with each subsequent day taking you deeper into the Everest region. The trek allows for plenty of acclimatization with stops in Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche, helping your body adjust to the increasing altitude. You'll make your way to Gorak Shep and Everest Base Camp, where you can experience the awe of standing at the foot of Mount Everest. A hike to Kalapathar provides panoramic views of Everest and the surrounding peaks. The adventure continues as you trek over Cho-la Pass, then head towards the scenic Gokyo Lakes and hike Gokyo Ri for even more spectacular views. You'll also cross the Renjo La Pass, descending to Thame and retracing your steps back to Lukla. After returning to Lukla, you’ll fly back to Kathmandu for a day tour of the city’s cultural landmarks. You’ll have a free day to explore Kathmandu further or shop before your departure on the final day. This itinerary offers a challenging but rewarding trek, with a diverse range of landscapes, cultural experiences, and breathtaking mountain vistas, making it perfect for trekkers seeking a comprehensive Everest adventure.
